“Pardis is an exceptional PT. They’re holistic, kind, and make such a safe space. I have a whole new relationship with my body and my injuries — it goes beyond just strengthening and exercise. I appreciate their inclusivity and work with queer people especially. I always have a great time working with Pardis”.

“Working with Pardis has given me my life back! I was struggling with pain and instability postpartum, but Pardis helped me regain my strength and confidence. Pardis’ knowledge and support made me highly comfortable throughout the process, guided by a personalized treatment plan that prioritized my capabilities and needs. I highly recommend Pardis to anyone struggling with pelvic floor issues.”

“Physical therapy with Pardis was an amazing experience in every way! They were very skilled, immediately able to diagnose my issue and recommend exercises to do. I quickly and consistently saw great progress in my pain and symptoms from our work together. Finally, as a QTPOC person I often feel quite vulnerable when seeking out health care. Pardis immediately helped me feel safe, affirmed, and able to be open about all of my identities. I can’t recommend him highly enough to fellow QTPOC folks and people with other marginalized identities.“

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Pardis for over a year following knee injuries. They are thoughtful, kind, extremely knowledgable but most importantly really skilled at building strong collaborative relationships with their clients. I’ve worked with other physical therapists who weren’t able to successfully accommodate my needs or understand the psychological impact of chronic pain and disability; I never felt safe with those folks, and didn’t make any real progress. Pardis has made movement fun and accessible to me again, and they’ve helped me rebuild trust with my body! My progress with mobility, flexibility, endurance, and pain reduction has increased exponentially since working with them, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!”

“I have been fortunate enough to work with Pardis on three separate sequences of appointments--as prescribed by three separate physicians. My physical condition, in terms of strength, balance, and flexibility is light years superior to what they were when I first started with Pardis. He is a pleasant, sensitive, and disciplined physical therapist who makes me WANT to work--without a harsh manner or any guilt-tripping! Pardis inspires me to want to BE better! He is an exceptional young man whose skills and dedication exceed those of the vast majority of his peers!”
